
Vivo is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil. At the time, the company had just rolled out a new visual and experience standard for its app, and my job as a Senior Product Designer was to bring several B2C features into that new standard, some rebuilt from scratch and others refined.
This page details the design process behind two of those initiatives: Modo Seguro, the app's digital security hub, and Crédito Antecipado, an advance credit feature for prepaid customers.
